Terms of website use
These terms govern use of caib.io and related public pages operated by TASL Ltd for the Caib brand.
Last updated: 26 March 2026. Please have these terms reviewed by your legal adviser before scaling traffic or commercial commitments.
1. Agreement
By accessing caib.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may change these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
2. Who we are
TASL Ltd operates this website in connection with Caib. Contact: [email protected] (privacy and data questions).
3. No offer
Content on this site is for general information. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing constitutes an offer capable of acceptance unless we expressly say so in a separate signed agreement.
4. Early access and waitlist
Joining a waitlist or expressing interest does not guarantee access, timing, or features. We may accept, defer, or decline onboarding at our discretion, subject to any specific commitments we make to you in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) misuse the site (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities) without authorisation; (b) attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; (c) use the site to distribute malware or spam; (d) scrape or harvest data in breach of our Privacy policy or applicable law; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the rights in the site content, branding, and design. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal or internal business use; you must not reproduce, modify, or exploit our materials commercially without consent.
7. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third parties or embed tools (for example form or analytics providers). Their terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TASL Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site (except liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liability) will not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater — if you paid nothing, £100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or withdraw the site or any feature without notice where we reasonably need to (for example security, law, or capacity).
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
